Zdeněk Bína Acoustic Project

Zdeněk Bína & Jan Urbanec

Acoustic Project

In this project, Bína performs together with the bassist Jan Urbanec. They met by chance in a guitar shop and after playing together for the first time, they realised that they played like one man.

Bína’s music is a varied mixture of world music, jazz and groove, where his voice functions as a “textless” musical instrument. The frequent improvisation and putting the finishing touch to a voice line, which take place on the stage, offer musicians as well as their listeners very intensive experience and the contact with the music itself.
