MICROFILM plays an instrumental music with two electric guitars, one bass, drums, voices and pictures.

The project reaches its real dimension in concert through the projection of pictures sampled from movies and graphically re-animated. The invention in Microfilm doesn’t lie in giving up the singing but in the emergence of multiple voices borrowed from the great cinema or B-movies. In live performance,the four musicians, sober and brilliant with backlights, become the silhouettes of the movie running on the screen that comes with them. The images are piloted directly by the musicians to the rythm of the songs thanks to pedals specially designed by them.
